In my role as a Settlement Coordinator I have sought advice from David Aujla several times. He volunteers to do workshops for the immigrants and refugees the Cowichan Intercultural Society serves and, regardless of how busy he is, makes himself available for questions we have on behalf of our clients. He always takes the time to answer everyone’s questions, with respect, thoroughness and compassion. He presents as a knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced immigration lawyer but also as a very kind and approachable human being.

Great experience. Client oriented, very objective and straight to the point. Excellent service. They took care of different processes: visa, work permit and more importantly PR. All gotten in good order. Highly recommended.

Nat & Leslie Klein, United States As we celebrate our new status as Canadian residents, we feel a tremendous gratitude for the individual that helped make it possible. During the most tumultuous period in recent memory for Canadian immigration, David Aujla skilfully guided us through a seemingly endless maze of ever-changing bureaucracy. David's impressive knowledge of the immigration system and its current evolution afforded him the ability to anticipate changes in the system, rather than being reactive. David always answered our many questions speedily and with explanations that we easily understood. His warmth and personal touch contributed greatly to the process. We hold David Aujla and his team in the highest regard for their exemplary efforts on our behalf.

David Aujla and his staff have been a tremendous help in my immigration case. Before I chose a lawyer for my Provincial Nominee Program application, I had interviewed a number of lawyers in BC as well as in other provinces. Only Mr. Aujla provided to me the excellent knowledge and confidence I was seeking. I am glad that I made the right decision. From beginning to end, I received the advice I needed and the assistance was always immediate. I could not imagine my case being accomplished more easily than it was. Once again, if ever I needed help for immigration, I would not hesitate for a moment in choosing Mr. Aujla.

I write this from Victoria, BC, after almost one year as permanent residents of Canada. I consulted with David Aujla several times during our application process. David’s advice was crucial to our successful application. Indeed, had it not been for David’s guidance, encouragement and insight at several points during the process, we almost certainly would have given up on the whole thing. I’ve found David to be extremely conscientious, prompt and professional. The overall feeling I got from David was that he truly loves Canada and wanted very much to get us into the country. Beyond advising us about immigration, David also gave us advice that led to us choosing Victoria as our destination, and we are grateful for that advice with each new day in this wonderful little city. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend David Aujla to anyone thinking of migrating to Canada.
