I became a client of John’s in 2010 due to a medical injury sustained by family member. Our case took us on journey that lasted for the next 7.5 years. From the very beginning John was clear about the process and made sure to explain every step along the way. I never felt talked down to and I was never left confused about anything. During this whole time John, again and again, fought for the best experts to help win our case. We ended up settling for an amount that will allow us to take care of our family member for the rest of his life. I am so thankful I went to John first, before any other lawyer, as his expertise in the medical malpractice field is quite extensive and paired up with his work ethic and dedication makes him the best lawyer in his field. If you happen to become one of his clients please know you are working with only the very best. He will fight for you until the end. Rest assured you are in good hands.

John is an extremely personable individual. He truly has a passion for helping victims who have been abused !! John has made it as easy as could be for me to come forward to seek justice. Without John I would not have been able to do this, as he truly made me realize that I was the victim. If you want justice served, I would highly recommend John !!

Hi John, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great work you are doing with people who need compensation for abuse, medical malpractice and serious injuries. I am a lawyer and highly recommend John for anyone needing help in these areas. I have always got positive feedback from people I have referred to John.

I was in a bad motor vehicle accident in 2006. I suffered from a broken femur, broken ankle, torn ligaments and broken ribs, not to mention the Trauma and PTSD that goes along with any motor vehicle accident. During my 4 years that it took for me to heal, John was there to ensure I got what I needed to ensure a healthy but speedy recovery; from wheelchairs, walkers, canes, prescriptions etc. During the time of my discovery, the 'Cap' came in to play. This made it extremely difficult to get any kind of insurance settlement over the $2,500 cap, based on the restrictions placed upon any motor vehicle owners by the Government of Nova Scotia. But with his hard work and dedication to me and my case, and despite the Legislative and Regulatory limitations, we were able to settle with an amount that both myself and John were happy about. Thank you John for caring so much and for going above and beyond.
