We've been working with Peter and his assistant K** and have had nothing but exceptional service from the staff working for him. She has been a pleasure to deal with and has made the purchase that less stressful. Very fast and efficient service. I would recommend their service anytime and will continue using them in our future purchases.

Stay away from this office. Complete rip off. I was referred to him by someone and he ripped me off too. He charged me $500 over what was signed. If you ask why then they dont respond, you have to keep calling. Finally they will just make something up like 'we had to do extra work'. Expect very high charges for things like photocopy, fax, courier (even if they didn't use some of this). They also make mistakes in documentation (gave me someone else's documents)

I became aware of the negative review posted by Mr. Gardner some time ago and decided it was long overdue to post a rebuttal. Not only did this very difficult client come to our office complaining about another lawyer's services but had nothing but praise for me initially. Very soon though he started to complain about my very capable staff whom I have always trained to act with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He was provided timely and professional service for his straight forward matter, and at the discounted rates that we had confirmed to him up front and in writing, as is our standard practice. Our fees are competitive and reasonable, and neither I, nor my staff, were rude to this "gentleman". His complaint is grounded on my refusal to further discount fees to him after he had insulted my staff and disparaged our firm to the realty firm who referred us originally. That reputable firm, by the way, has reviewed the entire matter and has continued to support us wholeheartedly over the years! Peter J. Quigley
