In The Lead Dog Walking

When a competitor decided to try and destroy my online presence and tank my reviews by posting a one star, with no comment, it started to affect my ratings, and if they continued, my ratings would have continued to drop. Being a service based company and with the continued posting of these one stars, it would have had an adverse impact on the way that I conduct my business. After a few phone calls and a little investigation of my own, we were able to prove that it was them, and on my behalf, he wrote a cease and desist letter and the postings stopped. Not only did the assignments end but were deleted. Imran Ahmad was quick to take or return my calls and was always available when I needed to go over any aspect of my case. Whether you have a small case like mine or a larger one, Imran will represent you with great fervour, I highly recommend his service and in the future will consult him again.

Not long ago, my business was targeted by hackers. They were able to breach our network servers and shut down our access to our own data! We were told that they would be happy to release all of the data to us, but for a price. In other words, they were holding the data for ransom. Imran Ahmad sat down with us and collected enough information to launch a discreet and confidential investigation. We soon knew how the hackers got into our network and could start the process of controlling the damage. He took on the task of managing the communications with the authorities and provided support in creating a plan to deal with the customers affected by the hacking. Things would’ve been much worse without his help.

Part of my job as a business owner is to protect the information my customers give me.
