This review is not sufficient in describing how Andrew Bigioni saved my life, but I feel the need to still write about my experience. There is no doubt in my mind about Andrew’s passion, expertise, knowledge and experience in criminal law. I trust Andrew’s judgment and advice wholeheartedly and he would be the only one that I would turn to, if I ever needed help again. Andrew is extremely articulate and he is an excellent listener. He can pick up on small details that could ultimately determine the outcome of the case. He is compassionate and motivated to persevere until he gets the outcome needed. Since day one, I knew Andrew had the skills and the knowledge to get my charges withdrawn and he exactly did that. I could never thank Andrew enough for his help and his dedication to my case. All I can do is thank him each and every day for his presence in my life. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew Bigioni is a true professional and master at his craft. He makes you feel unbelievably comfortable in a tough situation. Andrew is well educated, thorough, and a nice guy. He stays with the facts and properly prepares his cases. If you need to hire a lawyer, Andrew is the guy. The money you spend is completely worth it!

Andrew Bigioni did a great job on my case. Before I hired Andrew, I had hired two other lawyers, both of whom had been practicing for over 25 years. A prior lawyer had been unable to get a second charge withdrawn. I asked Andrew if he would look into getting the second charge withdrawn and he got it withdrawn soon after he took the case, and we proceeded to trial on only one charge. A previous lawyer thought they had scheduled my trial to avoid a particular judge but that judge was assigned to my case before I hired Andrew. Andrew’s case preparation was very thorough. He did a great job of cross-examining all of the crown’s witnesses and making persuasive closing arguments to the judge. After six days of trial I was acquitted.

Feb 2018 I was involve in a fatal car accident. May 2018 I was charged with Dangerous Driving causing Death and Driving while Impaired Causing Death. After the police phoned to tell me where and when to report I called Brown Law. Daniel returned my call with in 20 minutes and started to council me and explain how things work and what to expect and we set a time to meet at his office a few days later. On the day was to report to the police station for arrest Daniel phoned me 30 minutes before the appointment to review what was going to happen and what to do and say to the police. This phone call really help calm my nerves and for the first time in this tragic ordeal I felt like I had some who was in corner that could help me through this. A few days later we meet at Daniels office I explained to him what happen in the accident and gave him my court documents. He walked me through the next steps and ask me to contact him any time if I had any question going forward. Over the course of 21 months Daniel kept me updated on what was happening and when and what information they had received from the Crown. He even managed to talk me back from the ledge a couple of times. After reviewing the Crowns evidence we meet again and he explained what he had found with their information and who and why, we should get to testify on my behalf and what course of action he would like to take at my trial. Everything was shared with me, reports, police notes, toxicology report and any other information that pertained to my court case. It was over a 1000 pages of documents. When we got to court I was very impressed on Daniel and Lindsay's level of preparation. On more than one occasion Daniel knew the police officer's note better than the officers' did. Could not begin to estimate how many hour of preparation Daniel and Lindsay put in to each day of court. Then Co-Vid 19 came around and court was shut down. We went back in Nov 2020. Daniel and Lindsay never missed a beat and where prepared. They pointed out to the Court over 11 charter and police procure violations. The main facts that I was not impaired or driving in a dangerous manner. The court agreed and in Feb of 2021 3 years and one day after the accident I was acquitted of all Criminal charges. In summary when you are having one of the worst days of your life and find yourself on the wrong side of the law call Brown Law before you do anything else.

After considerable time and little movement from The Crown – I had made the decision to find new representation. It was then that I was referred to Andrew, and immediately found his services to be outstanding and professional.
