This was by far the easiest and most straightforward legal transaction experience I have had. Tea in particular was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend this service. Lary came to our house at 9pm to sign the documents at our request, extremely accommodating. Overall great experience.

I would definitely not use this company again. The process for completing the financial transaction was convoluted and although we asked for the instructions in advance, we were told not to worry and that it would be fine. It wasn't fine and we ended up needing to do a wire transfer, which ultimately cost us almost $200 extra in banking fees. When we complained, we were told (in writing) that they would reimburse us for their $30 receiving fee, and despite multiple follow-up e-mails asking for this reimbursement, we were never given it.

Working with Real Estate lawyers to buy a property was not pleasant, the law clerk I was assigned to told me with 100% certainty that I would receive half of the 1st time home buyer credit even though my wife had already purchased a property. I ended up looking up the law myself and had to ask the clerk multiple times to check and confirm back to me and got no firm answer. I finally had to call the actual lawyer at the firm and get an answer "no, you do not get it" as I suspected. In addition, all communication had to be initiated by me, being the first property I purchased, I had some basic questions. I had to call multiple times, email multiple times to confirm the process and next steps. I would receive 1 or 2 word replies to emails that often did not address my questions. The positive was that the commissioner of oath came to us for signing and we were able to schedule this around our schedule which was great, the signing was a breeze with the iPad and we were done in less than 20min! That being said, this is my experience with one law clerk at the company and is not a representation of the rest of the staff.
