Daniel Hall helped me get through a rough divorce. He was very caring and professional and his assistant Carol-Anne is very helpful . I would recommend Daniel Hall to anyone looking for a good lawyer

I was very happy with Daniel Hall's services. He was very knowledgeable, always very prepared for all of my meetings and court appearances. He was able to obtain a very good settlement for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a good family law lawyer Veronica Hurley

useless .. wet drippy and stupid. He's a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend him at all, if you want smart and efficient I;d suggest Elizabeth Urban, or Carpenter Law.

Daniel Halls response is a total lie, His client Catherine James fired him and if she was so happy why wouldn't she write a review? Our case hasn't even went through the first case conference so I have no idea what he apparently won. More than ever this liar should be avoided. My wife and I are currently going through a very nasty divorce. Did not start out as such, but a few dirty tricks Mr. HALL engineered caused considerable damage. We had three rental properties, Cathy talked me into selling one. I spent 5k to prepare house for sale and as luck had it we got 17k over listed price. Our real estate agents were Walsh and Volk and they did an amazing job of selling this property. Things were good, Cathy and I were to get 125k on closing, and we still had 2 more properties to sell. We were both getting along and were going on a trip to our sons naval graduation in Montreal. Now the bad new's, on the signing of house Mr. Hall talked Cathy into a very dirty trick, probably to increase the legal work on our divorce. After all papers were signed she presented a letter from Mr. Hall indicating he was freezing 100 percent of the money, a quarter million dollars. Needless to say, I was pissed off and my first thought was to stop the closing of our house, that way there was no money to freeze. Let's just say I was succesful in fighting back. His foolish move destroyed his client Catherine James, I took my anger out on her and she paid dearly. The cost to both of us is 200k. It appears to me he creates ways to increase his legal fee's. Be careful, his advise is not based on what is good for you, but what is good for him. ( My opinion). Follow up as of April 24, 2016. As if Mr.Hall has not done enough damage to his client Catherine James she now must defend a $100,000.00 lawsuit. Because of his bad advice, she admitted under oath that she deceived me and blatantly lied to me to sell house. We agreed to split the money but he talked her into this big coflict so he could increase his legal fees. My advice if you need a divorce lawyer is to get one that belongs to a firm where there are partners, that way you have a better chance of not being wripped off. He works out of a rent an office location, and shares with many unrelated businesses. William Townshend Townshend Chimney Service Ltd
