Hi Terry, please report Tina Hlimi to The LAW SOCIETY of Ontario

Hi Terry, I hope you see this post. Please report her to the Law Society of Ontario and legal Aid Ontario to stop this extremely unethical woman from harming more people. Shame on her. And please read her fraud in details under the account name "Lu"--see the attached pictures. This woman is way beyond wicked She's actually much more wicked, dishonest, and shameless than my words that have described her.

The WORST lawyer I’ve ever seen

She’s exploitative and likes to prey on clients. I sincerely don’t understand why an ethically unfit legal practitioner like that should be allowed to still practice in a country like Canada. She told me a day before my hearing she was not going to come for my hearing simply because she hadn’t got her pay fully from Ontario Legal Aid. Which lawyer does that a day before an hearing? Truly she didn’t show up for my hearing, and funny enough, she was still calling me for money until I confirmed from legal aid that she was fully paid, then she stopped calling. Just because she saw I was in distress, she took undue advantage of me, but I know her wickedness and greed will consume her one day. PLEASE AVOID HER BY ALL MEANS

Tina Hlimi's extremely deceitful and shameless. one of her fake account names is"Linda Craig". She shamelessly lied to hide her fraud and deceive people that she is "good". She created all the fake 5 star reviews in her now deleted google review. She copied them to her webpage to deceive others. She had many bad reviews on deleted Google reviews. She knows herself about the fraud and everything I said about her is all based on truth. She has made lots of effort to hide it. She's the unwell person herself. WHO will ask you not be honest, then report you, but still stalk you and use you for fraud? Tina Hlimi is the person right there. She doesn't even know how to notarize a document, check the screenshot down below. Also "Scarborough girl" isn't me and bet she knows it. Update about this shameless slippery scammer.

In her extortion sent in Feb,2022, Tina Hlimi said she would "initiate action in court "if I don't delete my google reviews and pay her 35000$. Till now (Nov 2023), I never got anything from the court, ironically, she deleted her business from google. She'd never initiate action in court because she knows about her shameful misconduct; if she did the court would ask her for evidence for her said work. There're many other details to expose this scammer. Also, she asked her police friend to intimidate me, but the police finally apologized (she shamelessly lied in her review that the police called me because I harassed her when she was pregnant. She's still under the investigation (for some reason LAO is holding it off for her so that Law society wouldn't investigate her). This review page allows limited words so I have to make more reviews. Beyond her dishonesty, from the investigation I knew that she can't even copy a name/date right, let alone she has the ability to represent anyone

"A google user" is Tina Hlimi herself. Anything from her mouth is a lie

In her deleted google review, many people complained about how rude she is, how she knows nothing about any laws. Most importantly, she is quite deceitful and malicious. Never tell her your personal info because you never know what she'll do behind your back. She will manipulate you to meet her, copy your documents, then she'll intentionally, sneakily and falsely report you in order to use you for fraud after she found out you wouldn't retain her. She will also use the personal info you gave her to slander you to "protect" herself. After you finally found out the fraud and reported her, she will make all the shameless lies to slander you and play like a victim: she'll lie about she was pregnant when meeting you thus she didn't submit the application(it never existed). She will also slander you "intentionally sending her non stop violent messages while she was pregnant" to get sympathy. No one said she was never pregnant, but always using "pregnancy" to frame up others is so shameless

Tina Hlimi takes advantage of people who have no status in Canada for fraud

She deleted herself in Google map because she received too many bad reviews. She is also afraid people to learn more about her fraud, and how despicable she is. If you wanna know how fake her reviews are, please go Facebook- "Janice Lu Toronto" with a Niagara fall profile picture. She used many different accounts, pretending someone else and gave herself all the fake positive reviews, slandered me as well. This woman does shameless fraud only. She won't be able to help you with anything as she's extremely ignorant and knows nothing about laws. In Fall, 2018,She first falsely reported me to LAO to prevent me getting a refugee certificate, then secretly used me for a fraud and cheated LAO 16 hours payment 1.5 years later on H&C ground. After I posted her fraud on Google review, she asked her police friend to intimidate me; she figured out my current address sent me an extortion tricking me to pay her 35000$. My friend read it and said her English is a grade 10 level

A shameless scammer who has no ethics, no knowledge/experience

Tina Hlimi uses lies to harm others and benefit herself . When she tells lies she's acting as if they were true. The only thing she's good at is lying. In her webpage, all of the positive reviews were fake making by herself to mislead people to become the next victim. She's the most terrible, dishonest, slippery, unethical and ignorant so-called lawyer you will encounter in life. She has screwed up many cases already according to the bad reviews on google review. She's lazy and careless btw. She will also actively make an appointment with you, asking you to bring your documents to meet her in person, then she will photocopy them without your permission. If you are careless and let her photocopy, your nightmare will start. When she notices you won't hire her, she will report you to LAO and the refugee board saying that you went to her for a fake refugee application, then she will still use you for fraud and do many things behind your back. Garbage. Poor quality in every aspect. Very rude and ignorant. All her good google reviews are fake. She would receive 11 five star reviews in one hour. This female is very DECEITFUL and misleading. She is quite incompetent , will give you wrong information and immigration path to waste your time and opportunity to win your case. After you pay to her, she will show her true color. Even the law school students are so much smarter and more helpful than her. Sad but true.

Tina was very professional, helpful, attentive, efficient and always accessible. She would respond with adequate explanation to the questions I had. She is very empathetic, and takes her time to understand the case and what is involved. She was supportive through the entire experience. I am thankful for what she did to my family. I would recommend her to any one who needs an immigration and/or refugee lawyer.

We’ll, Janice Lu is at it again - posting as “Jan truth” writing lies and defaming Ms Hlimi. It took her only a few hours after I posted as Mohamed Jamal… and she will post again after this one I’m sure. Janice (I hope I can call you that, it looks like you and I are going to become quite familiar in the coming times), I’m not Ms. Hlimi. Just someone who cares about her and defending her from the shameless online bullying and harassment that you’ve been subjecting her to in the past year. She’s a small business owner (sole practitioner law firm) and mother of 2 children. You are clearly on a vicious quest to harm her and her business, and someone has to stand up to you so I will. I won’t tell you who I am because then you will start harassing me. I don’t even know where to start. Everything you write is a lie. That Tina Hlimi was never pregnant and has no children? She was and she has. Your so-called complaints about her: all dismissed out of hand as baseless by legal aid Ontario and the law society, you know that, clearly Ms Hlimi is still representing clients every day from legal aid… and you are being investigated by the police for harassment, currently, you know that. You say you have no interest in slandering her, yet you do repeatedly. It’s sad. I think you need help. Your behaviour towards Ms Hlimi is threatening and abusive and needs to stop. I wonder how long it will take you, Janice, to create another fake gmail account and post another fake review… a few hours?

This Lady is an amazing person. she is very empathetic yet so professional. Even with her busy schedules, she was always available and accessible, my regular communication with her was really easy. she is a knowledgeable and patient Lawyer. Tina is an amazing lawyer. She is emphatic and cares about the human aspect of her work. what some people fail to understand is that.. Tina is not a Judge she do her best to provide a good service but at the end remember the person taking the decision is the Member not her. you as a claimant you have a big responsibility you should be able to defend Basic of claim. i give thanks to God, and i say thank you Tina for your availability and moral support. if i have 100 peoples to refers, i will do that with all confidence. continue your good work Tina may God bless you.
