I can personally say Sheldon is one of the best lawyers out their if not the best. He helped me out of situation that I should have never been involved with in the first place. If you want the best legal representation then Sheldon is your guy. He's fair and understanding, doesn't judge and above all very good at what he does. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. It's unfortunate that some people are trying to bring down his google ratings. They were probably on the opposing side and lost their case to Sheldon lol sore loseres need to get a life. Should of hired Sheldon. Thank you Sheldon Wisener for everything, your worth every penny.

He is an amazing person and the best criminal lawyer. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to beat the case. Definitely recommend the services of Mr Sheldon. He provided a professional support and well -thought advice and commitment to help my little girl to achieve the best results. Thanks a million times for all your help during that difficult period! I was lost and it was the worst time of my life.

After a series of text messages asking about costs and benefits to retain a lawyer as a victim in a domestic assault case, I decided not to retain him after multiple authorities advised to NOT retain a lawyer as a victim. I never gave Sheldon details of the event, did not sign a retainer (nor was I given or sent one) and did not give him direction or confirmation to act on my behalf. One of his last text messages to me was that he was busy and about to go to court and since he has not received any money could not assist me. That was the end of our conversations only to find out a year later he would like to be paid $2000 plus hst for his "services" and ultimately collected money from the accused's lawyer to pay "my account". He claimed to have worked with the Crown Attorney office to advocate for me to have charges against the accused withdrawn. After a call with Victim Services (who helped me navigate the case and relay my wishes for the case to the Crown Attorney) AND the Crown Attorney office, it has been confirmed with both entities that he was never mentioned in notes, he did not advocate for me and was NOT a part of resolving anything. Filing a report with the Law Society of Ontario as directed by the Crown Attorney office! In addition, the moment I started questioning the ethics of Sheldon - the accused's lawyer (Lawrence Liquornik) called the accused to tell him to tell me (the victim) to NOT file a report with the LSO or he will "turn things very badly" for the accused. This lawyer should have his license revoked!
