Levy Zavet took the time to review my status certificate on a Sunday night before I made my offer to purchase a condo the next morning. Extremely impressed with their work ethic and commitment.

Currently looking for a real estate lawyer and came across Levy Zavet. I used them 6 years ago and had a bad experience and all the memories came back. During my inspection of the condo, I noticed that there was an oil stain in the parking lot. I brought this up and was informed it would be taken care of. On the day of closing, Jeff Levy and his law clerk informed me that the seller and his lawyer has set aside funds aside for this and all I need to do was provide a receipt to get my money back. I literally followed up with Jeff and his law clerk for 7 months before Jeff Levy informed me the lawyer is holding onto the money and the only way to get my money back was to go through small claims court and make a complaint to the Law Society of Upper Canada. This was for the amount of approximately $250. What's the point of a lawyer if they're not going to protect their client's interest. "Sorry, we can't help you. But you can sue them to get your money back!" Needless to say, I will not be using them again.

I had a great experience with exceptional service provided for my home purchase right from Day 1 until closing day. I received all updates on a timely manner and all my queries were answered. Totally satisfied. Thank you Ruchir, Vivian and Jeff. Highly recommended.

Last minute we found out that our original lawyer forgot to make sure an old lien was discharged. Michael Suria helped us obtain a quick court order to have it removed and made sure it was paid by our title insurer.
