Alan is very professional and very knowledgeable in the field, the best of the best. If you are in need of the highest qualified lawyer in the country to get you out of a bad situation Alan should be your first call. Very ethical and tells you the truth through the whole process. Beyond worth every cent he charges you. All charges were dropped and I never set foot in court.

Alan Pearce is a brilliant lawyer and he was very clear on what the strengths were in my case and what the realistic outcome might be. He was very quick to return any calls and messages id leave for him. My mind was at ease with him taking care of everything for me. He won my trial and I didn’t even have to appear in court at all; I am 100% satisfied with all he did to help me. I highly recommend him.

I highly reccommdend the services of Alan Pearse. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and inspired my confidence in his ability to represent me. I was facing DUI charges that could have easily damaged my career, and life but Alan helped put everything into context and made me feel at ease. I was under some circumstances that placed me in a vulnerable medical condition resulting in the DUI and Alan understood this. I hesitated with the cost of his services but can now appreciate that it was an investment I will never regret and happy I made. Alan worked diligently with the prosecution and had the charges dropped to which I am forever grateful.

I have chosen to post this review anonymously but non the less my experience with Alan pearse as my lawyer was nothing short of perfection. He was very upfront right from the beginning. He was always there to answer or return my phone calls very promptly. He even had to fly out to make a court appearance that came up last minute. (Not easy with his busy schedule I would imagine.) Alan had every single charge against me thrown out by the end of the pretrial. I didn't even have to step foot in the court room. 5 stars doesn't do his services justice. Yes he is expensive but so is getting convicted of a dui. I am extremely pleased with my outcome and if I was ever in the position of needing a dui lawyer again he would definitely be my first and only call!

Let’s start with the bad. He’s expensive $15000 no matter what. But I was facing a 2nd DUI, well care and control but same thing so I needed the best. His communication is**** right up until you’re outside the court house. Treats you like a dumb ass at times (2 DUI’s who am I to argue)..............The Good - He works his balls off for you, he came to court with a big ass rubber mate wagon full of info on my case. All I could think of while the prosecutor was deposing the RCMP that arrested me was how totally F’ed I was. Like facing 30 Days in jail and not driving for the next decade. Then all of a sudden he takes a 15 min break with the prosecutor, comes back to tell me that for some F up he found the DUI is gone! No criminal record, no being some cholos **** in jail. I had to pay a fine for having open booze in the car. If you want some flashy lawyer that can talk your panties off go with someone else. If you want to keep your ass virginity go with Alan. Money well spent !!
