The studio is clean and spacious. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The women's change room is also spacious and clean, as are the bathrooms and showers(great amenities). They offer classes at an array of times to suit any schedule. The Warm Yin classes are great for first timers who aren't sure about the heat. I've seen about 10 of the instructors and they were all friendly and welcoming teachers. They have all helped my practice in some way, with a tip or a pose variation or something. Despite the busy 124 Street location parking has never been a problem. It's a great studio!

I came there yesterday with a Groupon voucher and apparently I couldn't use it because I didn't read the terms before buying. I just really wanted to thank the studio for still letting me participate in a free class which they didn't have to do. The atmosphere and instructors are awesome!

Great studio, lovely staff, and wonderful facilities. I love how clean it is and the flow of the space is just right. So glad you are in my neighbourhood! Also, I would highly recommend Sam's silent class, really great!

Hands down one of the best studios I have practiced at, the staff are warm, friendly, and super professional, willing to encourage all levels. The whole place is an incredible space with great change rooms, and a very spacious studio, with accommodation for up to 50 people. Being a sister studio to Lions Breath offers all sorts of options for classes, be it early morning, mid day, late evenings and weekends. The various options of classes and workshops they offer are unparalleled and cater to all interests, 10/10 would recommend.
