What a fabulous oasis to relax, heal and practice. This yoga studio is - hands down - the best Edmonton has to offer. The studio itself is immaculately clean. The instructors are trained, professional and kind. They offer a full variety of classes for any level. Great lighting, music and instruction. Yoga Central can easily become your second home.

Yoga Central is most known for being a studio of all ages, sizes, and experience levels and for creating an inclusive community. This ultra-chill YEG studio tucked away on the south side of the river is approachable, affordable and super super red. We rated it 4 pineapples out of 5 for Class Schedule, Price, Instructor, and Level of Difficulty.

Yoga-Central has reignited my passion for Yoga. I was turned off of yoga for a while due to a handful of instructors in other studios being intimidatingly hyper-fexible, and pushing me painfully into poses that my body simply was not ready for! If you're someone who has been intimidated by Yoga because of your age, shape, flexability (or flex-inability), or any other reason, I highly recommend Yoga Central. You'll feel supported the moment you walk in, without the pressure to fit something you simply are not.

Sheila, the owner, is a great instructor that accommodates the students in her class as each session progresses. As someone who comes to yoga occasionally I find this approach makes her classes extremely accessible and a consistently great workout.
