My husband and I come here every month for a couples massage. I always see Shauna Loughran for my massages and she is amazing! She definitely knows what she is doing and always does a fantastic job. My husband usually sees whoever is available and he is always happy with his massage as well. Receptionist are great! Ive also had waxing done here as well and that was a good experience as well.

Pure bliss! I'm new to getting professional massages, but I'm definitely hooked now after my massage with Anna. She is incredible! I felt very comfortable with her. I left there feeling happy and very relaxed. The spa itself is beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Also like that I can book appointments online and see everything that's available. Can't wait to go back!

I have had generally good experiences with services I have received but what keeps me returning is I have been fortunate to find regular massage therapists that are a good fit. I was about to abandon going to Wellness Within because my regular therapist had left (this has happened a couple times before). I had a number of appointments that needed to be reassigned as a result and was tempted to simply go elsewhere. Fortunately, before I did so, I decided to book with Caitlin. She is a relatively new therapist but is solid. I enjoy the relaxed environment Caitlin provides through her pleasant demeanour and a "lightness" she exudes that makes my session with her that much better. I highly recommend others take advantage of her massage services. I find the front desk reception staff very professional, polite and accommodating. A reduction in one star is a based on times when I felt there was a failure to value me as a customer and client. This related to how programming is offered or changed, the general culture of the spa, the care of yoga equipment and cleanliness, and even based on an interaction with management. Despite these concerns, individual staff members, therapists and instructors have made the difference.

Amazing massages for both my husband and I! We always get the most relaxing experience during our couples massage and Carmen is fantastic at working on my migraines and muscle pain. I always leave feeling 100 times better after treatment. I can not thank her enough for the temporary pain relief she helps me with after each visit. I would absolutely recommend this spa and their services to anyone who enjoys a clean, professional environment with amazing knowledable staff. The one “issue” I’ve ever had (a booking error for a friends party) was rectified quickly and has been made up for 10 fold in the service and quality of this spa and their staff. You are truly missing out if you are not a patron of this establishment.

I met Michael by way of a business networking group. We got to talking and quickly realized our business’ complement each other. I came to tour his health, spa, and yoga facility. It is simply beautiful. I found it to be comfortable, relaxing, even calming. I reservedly admitted to Michael my strong aversion to massage therapy due to a terrible experience in my past. His unassuming reaction influenced me to give it another try. I booked an appointment with one of his massage therapists. It was an enjoyable experience and I will do it again. Booking was easy; I received a text notification and reminder. The front office staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have direct pay with my benefits provider. I took the time after to explore the various health products and books available for purchase. I didn’t want to leave; I think I was afraid the strong feeling of wellness within me would leave as soon as I walked out the door. I didn’t; the feeling stayed with me for a long time. I will continue to come back and rejuvenate that feeling as it will be a big part of changing my lifestyle and maintaining my wellness within. Thank you Michael for all that do for people.
