I had 5 classes so far since I purchased the Introduction One Month Pass and I’m loving it. Instructors are great, friendly and kind, they will guide you into your yoga journey, I feel comfortable. The environment are fantastic and relaxing, such a wonderful place. Keep up the good work.

The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly and make the classes really fun. If you can’t do a move they always have a modification that you can do and the sense of community and acceptance in the studio and among the people there means I never feel embarrassed or shy. Overall, my experience with Moksha yoga has been amazing and I would definitely recommend it.

I’m new to Vinayasa and I’m enjoying this studio immensely. The space is beautiful and the classes are accessible. They also have a good selection of yin and yang classes as well as classes for all levels. I love the feeling after a yoga class at Moksha! *After my first yin class I had to upgrade this review to 5 stars! And Brandi is just great :)

I purchased a Introduction one month pass to Moksha Hot Yoga. I have enjoyed 5 classes so far and all the instructors have been great. The first class I did was Moksha Yoga and I was nervous as I had never done it before. Within the first few minutes the instructor had me at ease with the explanation of the poses and then came around and to help people. There is no pushing - you go to your ability. Lots of movement to give you a wonderful workout. I have also taken Yin Yoga classes and if you want a fantastic stretch in a relaxing environment- you have to take a Yin class. No matter what you are looking for - you will find it here.

The instructors are very knowledgable and helpful in making corrections for students. Very calming and considerate environment. The studio and change rooms are excellent and very clean! Favourite studio in Calgary
