I used to go to Breathe Hot Yoga and since they closed down, my passes were transferred over to this location. I am disappointed with this hot yoga studio. The studio room does not get hot enough, the atmosphere is just "ok" and they don't give the cold lemon towels at the end of class or any towel service. They said it's because of allergies but I think it's them trying to cut costs which is disappointing. I have gone back to Hotshop Hot Yoga. Their membership is reasonable. They provide free mat rentals if you are a monthly member and they only charge 2 dollars if you are not..they also provide free towel service to everyone regardless of membership. 5 dollars to rent a mat is ridiculous. I was really excited about having a hot yoga studio so close to home but I would rather drive 15 minutes to get a better overall experience.

Love the energy of this place! The owner goes out of his way to learn your name and can often be found literally singing and dancing behind the front desk. I’m more of a yoga enthusiast over fitness, but I am slowly expanding my horizons and have been trying a few new fitness classes. I have found my favourites that kick my butt - Fortunately they have a lot of great yoga classes to stretch it out afterwords.

Purchased the unlimited first month package with the studio so I could try as many classes as possible. Since that month I have been back once. I now look at the schedule and note that many classes have been cut (possibly due to low attendance?). I was disappointed to see the Radroller class eliminated from the schedule in particular. If you are new to fitness over entry level, this is studio for you. Looking for a challenge? I would suggest looking else where. On a positive note the hot fast and furious on Mondays is amazing, nothing but positive things to say. I appreciate how friendly the staff are as well as their follow up with feedback. I wish nothing but the best for this new studio!

Love this studio. Great staff and great facility. Infrared heat is so much better than hot air blowing like in some other studio. I feel amazing after the class. Although I had no issue finding the place, some people seem to have difficulty. I would advise being there a little early so you can settle down and enjoy the heat:) Thanks for the Karma week and wish you the best of luck in your business.

I didn’t get it. Half a class we were zenned out doing yoga and then BAM backstreet boys was playing. I guess it’s more a fitness thing then a yoga thing.
