My gym for the past year, really impressed by the front desk staff always greeted in a friendly way. The gym is clean, great layout, I like that the personal training area is off to the side and not in the centre of gym. I have a great supportive personal trainer Karlo. He's very creative at creating awesome training sessions that keep me interested. I avoid the gym a perk hours as I have a flexible work schedule, I've heard parking can be tough in the evenings. If your considering a gym GoodLife is a great choice as they have multiple locations Canada wide. I recommend dropping by a location for a tour and complimentary workout!

I love how the front desk welcomes me to the gym. My personal training sessions motivate me to come regularly to the gym for almost a year now. My personal trainer is competent and professional; the gym equipment supports my fitness goal and complements my PT regimen. Overall, my fitness has improved and I am looking forward to more outdoor activities this spring and summer. On the side, the issue of parking is a constant annoyance and some members can be more respectful, especially when in the women's change room.

This goodlife location is fantastic. Great staff, nice equipment and well managed. I've been coming here for over a year and have taken advantage of the group fitness classes. I really like the hot yoga room, this is an awesome feature if you are a yogi. RPM cycling classes are an excellent way to get in shape fast. It's worked for me and they have the best instructors! Christa, thank you for helping me lose weight for my vacation!

Have been a member at this gym for five years and have been really happy! Super friendly staff and people! Classes are great! Christa’s spin class on Mondays at noon is great! She fares well against the boutique instructors, great music selection, energy! Give it a try and see for yourself!

I have been going to this gym location since Jan this year. I have a personal trainer here. Ben is my personal trainer and he is amazing. He asked details on what my goals are when we began and he comes up with great workout plans to help me achieve goals. Thanks Ben for helping me bring a positive change in my life.
