Bala yoga has consistently gotten better! They have a great range of teachers who are all awesome, they have cool little shops in their studios with kombucha on tap and they are all so nice! I would highly recommend them!

I love this studio and make it to between 2-4 flows a week. The instructors are very talented and make me feel lucky to have coincidentally moved so close to this studio. Specific instructors I recommend checking out: Adam Hawes for his Baptiste flows that make me beg for shavasana (in the best way), and Dikla who never lets me get comfortable in a power flow (in the best way), and always shows me what "could be" next for my practice. Lastly Brooke, the Regional Manager often behind the counter, is warm and accommodating every time I bump into her. I strive to make community here because Bala is so great!

Spams ads on my Facebook. Support a company that supports your community, not one that is willing to negatively impact their neighbors in an attempt to take their money.
