Haven't been in a while unfortunately since we moved further away but I miss being close to this studio! This was the first yoga studio I ever went to and I felt really comfortable and like there was help for beginners. Great classes and great staff as well. The ambiance of the place is great too.

Awesome! Affordable drop in rates even WITH rental. Instructors are knowledgeable and staff is nice!

Great selection of classes for all skill levels and moods. Love the ambience of the studio - my favourite part is the tea lounge with hot tea to enjoy before or after your class, and they even have take-away cups if you want to take some to go. All the instructors are very kind and caring, and it is a very comfortable atmosphere that not only focuses on yoga, but a very mind/body and holistic approach which is very special. The Vinyasa class is my favourite as it is dynamic and challenging and you can see your progress if you go regularly.

The staff at Yogalife South are very friendly and willing to help whenever necessary, and the studio is extremely clean. These attributes, paired with the awesome deal for the first month and option to borrow/rent equipment, make me want others to try out yoga at this location. I would recommend Yogalife to anyone who wants to give it a try.

I was an active member for nearly 3 years. When I first started they had great class schedule which made it easy for me to go everyday. A year after they took out most of their mid afternoon classes. They don’t offer any evening classes on Saturday. This made it nearly impossible for me to attend and at 90$ a month for membership I couldn’t justify my loyalty to them. The front staff are not very friendly and often make it an uncomfortable setting. Switched my membership to Moksha which has a much better and more accommodating class schedule.
