This gym has a lot of great work out options. The classes are great and the place is very clean. I would have gave this place a 5 star however there is this one girl at the front with brown hair that I find to be very snotty and rude. I also don't like how they have a male that enters the women's change room or how they have one come in to clean the women's section. There are quite a bit of women working there that should be taking care of those kind of things. It is called the "women's section for a reason".

This is my Gym. I love it here! Very friendly staff, classes are great. Women’s only section is very clean! It has hot yoga and tanning. It’s great!

Best spin classes. Choreographed & a tough 45 min workout. Definitely check out the other group fitness classes too.

This is a decent club to workout at. Rarely busy in the mornings that I go, evenings are busier but nothing like other Goodlife’s. Lots of benches, could use more squat racks. My only complaint is that the few mornings that I go to this location on my shift change, there is always a personal trainer there training his girlfriend(between clients). They occupy the squat rack for nearly an hour, taking long breaks, chatting and flirting. Not professional at all if you ask me and poor gym etiquette especially when there’s only 2 racks. A few of my buddies have pointed them out as well. Management should deal with this as it’s frustrating if you just want to some squats or rack pulls in 10 min.

Don't come here planning to make use of the free wifi. It's absolutely brutal.
