All of the staff not assigned to the changing room was standing in the center of the store talking to each other. I wasn't greeted when i came in and neither was I helped when i was trying to figure out my next pair of dress pants. I would only recommend you come here if you have to. This store used to be very friendly however something has changed

Great customer service fromm all of the nice girls that helped me, they were super happy to help me exchange a pair of pants that I ordered online that were a final sale item and they took care of exchanging them for my right size when they had no obligation to. Left me a very satisfied customer!

I am a regular lululemon customer and this particular location has the worst customer service, or should I say no customer service at all? For the past few times I walked into this store not only no one acknowledge me, they actually trying to avoid any eye contact. The sales associates are just standing around talking. I don't mind them talking but it is very rude to see customers walking by a few times and you just kept on talking and not saying hi...All I can say is bad work culture at this Market Mall location.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a lululemon location. No one greeted, smiled, or even acknowledged me or any of the other customers in the store. If I customer came near them they would walk away. I've worked in retail customer service for over 10 years and I've been told how picky you guys are with who you hire. It did not show here. That experience was a total embarrassment that I just walked out. Hope you guys can improve.
