I used to LOVE shopping at Lululemon, but the past few years the quality just seems to be getting worse. The prices have only gone up though, so I'm not sure where all those profits are going. I found the staff in the Vancouver stores much more friendly and helpful than here in Calgary. I'm not sure why that would be.

Neat store fit into a nice neighbourhood.

I have been a costumer for 10+ years and this is my favorite clothing store! I still have many of the same things I bought 5-10 years ago. However, I agree that the quality of some products have gone down. I really miss the original cotton Wunder Unders and would like a change from the “Luxtreme” and less soft fabrics.

I live right by this location and pop by regularly and often have a negative customer experience. This previous visit will be my last. It is the worst customer service I have ever received in retail (I used to work in retail). I walked in and was greeted by a sales associate who asked if I needed help. At first I was hesitant due to my prior experience in this store but this time I wanted help finding a tank top for a variety of sports. Once the sales associate had helped me select a few items she walked me over to a change room and told me she would be there if I needed anything. Everytime I came out I would call for my boyfriend as I value his opinion. One of the tops I tried on, I had asked my boyfriend if he liked it and he was honest and said no. Again, this is why I value his opinion because he's honest. She then took that "no" as an insult to me and made a comment to her colleagues out loud for everyone to hear that "she doesn't understand our relationship". This was humiliating. Lastly, top it all off I came out again and asked for my boyfriend's opinion and made a note about the top fitting weird by my armpits. She then told me I was overanalyzing. I left the store with nothing but the feeling of humiliation. Whoever does the hiring for this location needs to tell their sales staff to treat people with respect and think before they say things especially about customers' personal lives. For a brand which preaches about inclusivity their hiring practices certainty miss the mark.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at suggesting items that fit the description of what I was looking for. Prices are getting pretty high at lululemon which makes me be selective at the items that I do get, but that being said the items last easily over 6 years.
