Awful experience. I was trying on clothes And I was trying to get some help from the people who worked there but they couldn’t be bothered to help. I was hoping they could help me grab different sizes and what not but they where to busy talking to there friends. I was in the change room trying on cloths for 25 minutes and that entire time no one came to check on me. I love lulu but I would recommend going to a different store with better service.

I went in here with my wife as we are avid Lululemon shoppers (she is part of their sweat collective program since she's a certified yoga teacher, so our local Edmonton stores usually know who she is ) but at this location not a single soul acknowledged either of us in the store. No hello, no helping with sizes, it was pathetic. This was a Wednesday afternoon so it's not like it was even busy. They could sure learn a thing or two from Edmonton stores.

I have been in the store 3 times over the past week and spent over $600 .. all three times the manager has been too busy looking at herself in the mirror to welcome customers as they walk in , there is only a handful of staff that are interested in actually helping the customers coming in to shop. The 3 that helped me were amazing! The general culture of this store is to talk amongst themselves while standing around in groups. I really feel that the Vancouver store should retrain all the Calgary stores on the customer experience that should be lived while in the store. The attitude that the clothes sell themselves needs to go!

Friendly and helpful staff were quick to replace a pair of pants that came with loose stitching. Good location!
