Love this studio! I dropped by with a friend to check out their January 2018 promotion. One month trial for $40! We walked in and were immediately impressed with the bright and calming environment. The owner happened to be working and she gave us a lovely tour. The locker rooms are super clean. They have q-tips, hair blow dryers and body wash for you after your classes and the lockers themselves are the perfect size. Definitely check them out!

The facilities are the cleanest of any yoga studios I’ve been do. The vibe is calm, the classes are warm, and it doesn’t smell like a foot. Also, the bathrooms and showers are top notch. Anything you need can be borrowed or rented - it’s all free if you bike or take transit. Pricing: First month is $40 unless you have a friend take you for the first time then it’s $30. To sign up after the 30 days it’s $85 unless you take 10 classes during the intro month, then it’s $65. Awesome place! I highly recommend.

instructor told us not to go into tripod headstand . . . LOL. we have been to modo and moksha all across the country. montreal to vegas to minneapolis not one was ever that way. moksha is about flowing hot while staying chill . . . best wishes

While the practices of yoga in class for this studio are amazing, the way staff treat clients as whole and their account management system is terrible and appalling. I was charged for an introductory monthly rate and then on return told that I was not in the system. After looking through my records, I saw no charge, so I swiped my card again and attended class feeling as thoug this studio didn’t trust me. A few days later I noticed I was double charged at the monthly introductory rate with two transactions. On discovering this I called the studio and was told that I needed to prove this by bringing in a bank statement. I then emailed Modo my frustration and decided to go back in and talk with them. I ended up talking to one of the owners who promised to get it resolved as soon as possible with accounting, giving her my number to contact me despite having my number on their system. I agreed and by the end of the day heard nothing. I still am waiting for my entire refund minus the cost of one drop in class because I have little confidence that this studio knows how to manage my account. Update: The studio did eventually apologize and refund my payment in full after talking to numerous people, including two owners, so I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Love the classes, the teachers and the space. I'm an avid yogi but have always had a hard time with hot yoga (getting dizzy easily, etc.) -- this is the first heated yoga studio where I have not had any issues. The classes are challenging but slow- to moderately-paced, connected to breath (as yoga always should be), and all-around wonderful!
