The people at Yoga Pod are incredible! I just recently returned to yoga after a year off recovering from a back injury, and my instructor, Lauren Champa, went above and beyond to help me modify the poses to make it work. I am so grateful to be practicing again, and truly feel like there is a community at Yoga Pod. Also, the owners Nicole and Gerry (and Matt and Cara) are the very best of people!

GOOD VIBES! I love the yoga pod! Amazing teachers, beautiful clean environment, challenging classes. Just feels good to be there, always. Also super happy with the new location - so much more convenient to park and get in and out of the building.

I love the teachers and the space but most of all I LOVE the variety of classes! It's hard to fine a place where I can go to Yin AND Hot. I like that it combines the amenities of a larger studio with the personalized attention and community vibe of a smaller studio.

I love the flow, it's a welcoming atmosphere, the people that attend are friendly, the instructors are nice and friendly and in their own flow. A few months ago I came back from india receiving my yoga teacher certification. I was very skeptical going to a studio, however my partner managed to get me to attend a class with him.. and well here I am now! I really enjoyed going to a class with my partner. Very grateful and happy my intro was hot yoga with Paul! First hot yoga class and first class in a studio like this. Not disappointed Thank you Namaste

Yoga Pod Boulder is amazing! I came here after practicing at CorePower for years and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is the new space absolutely beautiful but the community is warm and inviting. I primarily take the Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga classes. My personal favorite is the Friday morning Silent Hot. This class is great for experienced practitioners as there is very little cueing which really allows one to go deep focusing just on the breath. If you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi you will find a class that meets your needs and might just make some new friends as well.
