I had my first class with Heather A., and I just love, love, love her! I loved her vulnerability and authenticity, and then she was simultaneously hilarious and had us all laughing. She's someone everyone can connect with. Her energy is sweet and kind. Her cues were excellent. I was very moved by her instrument she played (I'm not sure what it's called). I will definitely be back for more Heather!

Yoga Pod is the best! I have taken yoga classes for a long time, in different places around the US and in Europe, Canada and Mexico, so I have a lot of bases for comparison. The studio is lovely, the teachers are excellent, they have many different types of classes and offer them multiple times each day. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They just do it right.

I have been practicing yoga at YogaPod Boulder for approximately 2 months now. I started back in the fall for 1 month to try it out and I was hooked. Fast forward to today, I am a regular at the Pod still learning the poses but immensely enjoy the community and experience created here. The manager Paula W is a gem to work with and will kindly help you with any situation you may need assistance with. Lisa F, Lauren C, and Caitlin Rose them my yogi girls…their classes be killing it! The variety of classes that YogaPod has to offer is really a whole approach experience. If you’re looking to connect your mind/body you’ve got your yin, if you’re looking for more of a cardio blast you’ve got podfit, if you want to ease those aching muscles you’ve got podhot! There’s really something for everyone! I highly recommend giving them a try. It’s so much more fun than the boring old gym. Who wants to do that?! Come join us and make yogi pals!

I've practiced yoga for decades and YogPod is my favorite studio(s)! The teachers and staff are wonderful and the classes are the best. Hot 105 is my favorite but every class is done with thoughtfulness and rigor to the asanas!
