Full disclosure, I am a lead trainer for the teacher trainings and also teach a couple public classes here. So, I can safely say this place is wonderful inside and out. The teachers have freedom to teach what excites them, so students get the benefit of a wide range of class offerings, AND our student population forms a super community for a comfortable, friendly vibe. It’s a pleasure seeing all of the students that live in SF (we draw people from around the world to come train with us!) from our teacher trainings still in the studio almost daily for more classes and trainings—it’s big yoga family!

Yoga Garden is a lovely urban oasis offering sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit. You are first welcomed by the earthy yet airy energy of the lovely gardens. Upon entering the building, the staff further welcome you. As you approach one of the three studios for your class or workshop, you are embraced with a warm communal energy. You will be guided by the grounded and knowledgeable instructors to both give and receive exactly what you need for that given day.

Can't think of a more wonderful place to practice yoga. The best teachers combined with a wonderful community of people. Simply the best!

Emma was a great instructor and completely made me feel welcomed even though I had never done yoga before. I enjoyed the experience very much. I would even use the word “magical”. It was great and WILL do it again!

Awesome studio with well paced classes for all levels. Friends get their first class free. Good music and skilled instructors.
