Dr. V is absolutely amazing! I went here after 4 almost 5 years of chronic hip pain that increasingly became worse as I graduated university and started working as an RN and mainly working 12s. I had gone to athletic trainers, GPs, physios and none of them could really explain what was wrong. One of my best friends parents recommended Dr. V to me a few months ago, and right away he knew what was happening with my body and that it wasn't an alignment issue, but a totally different thing all together. I have been working with him since and have made such great leaps. My hip pain has officially dissipated, and I feel great. He also has helped me strengthen my muscles that were causing my issues and I have never felt stronger. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable and wonderful to work with. He will push you, and because of that he gets results. Highly recommend seeing him!

I tried the hydromassage and loved it. No other place offers a massage where I don't have to take my cloths off and on. You lay on top of the plastic sheet and warm water washes back and forth across your body. You are perfectly dry. This took less time than a conventional massage. I entered the office told them I was there for the hydromassage and we set the time to 20 min and I just rested. I wish I had know about this way of getting a massage when I was working. I would have used it on my lunch hour. You control the speed, the pressure and even how much time you want to use.

Twenty years ago, a cross-country skiing fall put my back in a permanent state of pain. I went through regular chiropractic treatments and massage therapy for years until my massage therapist recommended doing yoga. I started practising yoga and back pain subsided. Yoga practises helps me with body awareness, in maintaining better posture, increases my flexibility, and helps me relax when practising deep breathing . I have been practising yoga for 15 years now and for the last 5 years Stephanie has been my main instructor. Her style is what I would call her unique kind of "power yoga'". She pushes one's body straights to its limits, and at the same time as being aware of each person's individual needs. Contrary to many classes I have taken, I like that she focuses on very few poses during one class; poses that she builds up to, through a selection of specific exercises. And the fact that she can offer classes close to home, right after work is definitely an advantage for me. Thank you Stephanie!

I've been taking Stephanie's Yoga 101 class for about a year and a half now. Its the first thing I have stuck too in a long time. I'm sure glad I have, I feel wonderful!! I've also been able to be comfortable enough to attend a few other yoga classes, took up cycling again and recently started swimming again. Stephanie got me moving again!! corrie

My family has been a client of inbalance wellness centre for more than 8 years. Everyone knows athletes are supported by a host of medical professionals. My son has played all through minor hockey and now into junior hockey. He has always been treated by inbalance and even though he has been fortunate to not have a major injury, every injury has fully recovered in a reasonable time. For myself I have always stated that every heavy duty mechanic knows a really good chiropractor. Charles is not the typical snap and crunch kind of chiropractor. His approach is more of a diagnosic first followed by muscle relaxation/manipulation to achieve a longer lasting (or more effective) adjustment. Charles and Stephanie take a genuine interest in my personal health and wellness. They use a variety of health treatments that offer a multi-point approach to achieve an all encompassed holistic solution. Yoga has become one of my go to stress relievers. They didn't talk about this in mechanical school 30 years ago. Who knew. K Ludwig
