Our red deer store is quickly going down hill. I walked into the store and received zero acknowledgement as employees were engaged in their own conversations. At checkout the I received zero eye contact either as the blonde employee scanned my belongings. Horrible, horrible customer service.

This location of Lululemon is the only one that would get one star from me. The staff at the Red Deer lululemon are, in a word, about as useless as it gets. They are more focused on gossiping about their weekend plans at the front then connecting with their guests. It's a good thing I do my own research about the products because the Red Deer staff know nothing about them. I waited so long for lululemon to come to Red Deer....yet I still find myself shopping in the Edmonton or Calgary locations due to the disappointing service in the Red Deer location. Please send the Red Deer staff to product knowledge seminars or have them work in one of the locations in Calgary or Edmonton to see what it takes to be knowledgeable and effective.

Absolutely LOVE the sales associates here!! They are so friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgable about their products. One of the associates recommended a pair of yoga pants to me, and after purchasing them I realized they were most likely the world's softest pair ever, so I went back and bought a few more pairs. So glad I listened!!

I had the BEST experience with this location. I live in Olds Alberta and needed to buy a pair of their ABC Skinny pants. My girlfriend had gone to a location in Calgary but they did not have the size and colour I needed. So, I phoned the Red Deer location and spoke with Jessica. She was amazing! Not only did Red Deer have what I wanted but Jessica walked me through how to purchase them with her. She advised me that Fedex shipping was FREE. Lovely personality, very efficient, sales person! Anyway, in less than 5 minutes I had purchased the EXACT pants that I needed and for free they deliver right to my door! THANK YOU Jessica
