Some of the best yoga in Seattle. All of the teachers have a good flow of movements. Plus everyone is super friendly.

I absolutely love this studio! If you're looking for a studio that is warm, welcoming, uplifting, and makes you feel nourished inside and out, come to The Grinning. Each class is creatively different, each teacher brings their own flow and theme, and all levels are supported. When I walk out of class, my body feels loved, my mind feels calm, and my spirit inspired. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling like you've just shown yourself some serious love.

The Grinning Yogi is my yoga home. Talented, yet down to earth teachers, creative classes, & heated, but not too hot! I always leave feeling great. Definitely check it out.

Have visited twice and both classes were great. The instructors were very passionate and it really brought everyone into focus. Space can be tight, but it didn't interfere with movement. The soundtracks to classes are on point! Great experience
