First timer to Yoga Refuge, the website, registration process and greeting (upon registering) was nice. The registration process via the website, viewing schedules and choices was pleasant and easy. There are happy hour classes offering a scale of prices, others are $15 which is very fair for the experience. It is my sense that these people really care. Upon arrival, you will find reasonably easy parking across from Academy Theater. You go up a long flight of maple steps to a narrow landing and friendly waiting area. Main room is lofty and in pleasant warm colors and the ceiling is a straw yellow which complement the maple floors that creak while you move around. I loved this space, it made for a great experience.

I'm new to the neighborhood and new to yoga, this place makes both feel welcoming and comfortable. I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and look forward to a regular practice at this studio.

Yoga refuge is a fabulous yoga studio. They offer multiple classes a day at convenient times and good variety of styles. I have tried every teacher at the studio and enjoy all of them. The space itself is very relaxing with large windows that overlook Stark Street. I highly recommend this studio!

Love, love, love this place. Beautiful space, awesome teachers who really know their stuff but not pretentious at all, and great class offerings. Great prices too.

I had the honor of attending Yoga Refuge's 2nd birthday party. They offered a great flow and restorative class for attendees. This was my 1st time there and I LOVED it. Very warm, friendly and authentic. Thank you Yoga Refuge for your heart!
