One Flow is the best! They are a small yoga place run by two amazing women in the heart of East Sac. I always wanted to try yoga for increased flexibility and after I retired and moved to East Sac I finally did. Kate and Tracy have created a studio that feels safe and kind and challenges you as you want to be challenged. All the instructors are very caring for us newbies and all level 1 classes that I've taken are perfect. I'm still new, but what I'm learning is that although increased flexibility was my reason for joining, other benefits I receive from my practice of yoga are increased strength and an overall awareness of my body. Also and quite unexpected is a calmer, more kinder me seems to be awakening. If you live in the area and like me have a desire to try yoga - I highly recommend giving One Flow a shot.

The best yoga studio and practice in my almost 20 years experience. Kate, Tracy and all the amazing teachers at One Flow make everyone feel important and cared for. They bring love, acceptance and a sense of humor to each session. There are classes to meet every need, time slot and capability. Challenging and warm, but not drop dead hot, really just perfect. Right now, I am on medical leave and missing them all so very much. Can't wait to get back, the sooner the better. Really, if you are wondering if yoga is for you, or if you are looking for a better yoga experience, you must check out One Flow. You will be glad you did!!

This place is really amazing. I'm a new student to yoga, but I already know I'll be staying here as long as I can! All of the teachers at One Flow have been very welcoming and after taking an intense first week of classes I can say that their positive energy plays the largest benefit, a side from what I can tell is a deep understanding of their craft. Aside from this, I'm always greeted by name when I enter, they have clean facilities, allow you to use their equipment while finding your own, have a great introductory price for those who want to explore yoga, and class times that can fit any schedule. I definitely recommend that you give One Flow a try and I bet you'll stay. For reference, they do have challenging classes. I'm an Army reservist and have been focusing on weightlifting for most of my athletic work, but I sweat more, and work harder here on more than a physical level. That's the attraction. It's mainly mentally challenging and once you're mentally capable, the body gets there in time. And everyone in the classes leaves ego at home and is kind and respectful.

This has been a life changing practice for me. I came in on the advice of my PT after breaking my leg in a snowboarding crash. What I have found at One Flow is a way to gain clarity in my life and a way to burn off energy, both positive and negative, leaving me with a peaceful awareness. I guess that seems really heavy but to sum it up the practice leaves me smiling and feeling blissful and clear! I'm pretty sure I now know the secret to happiness. One Flow+Nature+Sleep and you should be good. Thank you Kate and Tracy!

I love the community spirit and the vision to really understand what yoga is for. I love the facility and the energy the teachers bring and foster in their classes. The classes have great energy too. All the little touches of courtesy and compassion from the shower and toiletries, water bottles and hair ties just reinforces the giving spirit. It is just an all around good place to be.
