I got a really good promotion for the month so I went as much as I wanted and I was really learning and trying to progress. I was going into a pose and the instructor said don't let your ego get in the way as she walked by. Was put off completely and ruined my practice and my opinion of the instructor's here.

Booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage which is a regular cost of $135. Therapist was excellent and very kind. After my treatment I was told by the receptionist that my treatment will only be $60 because it’s a promotion they do for first time massages. I was thrilled and left a generous tip considering this. I had already given my card number to hold the appointment so I was charged and left. The next day I received an email indicating the receptionist had made a mistake, and they actually will be charging me $135. I found this very tacky and unprofessional to change the cost the next day, even if it was an honest mistake. A business should own up to their word and honour what they say to a paying customer. I called to talk to the manager, and she was very rude, claiming I had no compassion for the innocent employee and there is nothing she can do regarding this treatment. I will not be returning based on this and the way I was treated by front end and management staff.

I've been going to this studio since it opened near my workplace. Everyone that works here is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great team of massage therapists and holistic healthcare professionals. Their prices are reasonable and they often have great deals going on. There are always workshops and other great events happening here. I highly recommend this studio.

I absolutely love LIV. From the moment I walked in the door its felt like home. The staff and environment is very welcoming and encouraging. There are enough classes for all tastes and all schedules and the massage therapists are friendly, professional and downright amazing!!! 10 stars if I could ☺️ - Adrienne GL

Liv is great about giving away regular discounted classes, like their $5 early bird, making it one of a few studios I can afford on a drop in basis. Their classes are usually small and staff is friendly. Its a nice yoga studio that encompasses what yoga means to me more than many other studios I have been to.
