The energy is always amazing around the studio and in class and the instructors offer a depth of knowledge in practice that I really appreciate. I have been practicing yoga (and teaching for a few years) since 2007 and the Kensington location has quickly become my favourite studio in many years! It has reignited my spark for a weekly yoga routine.

Now this is the only Yoga studio I've been too however my experience so far has been fantastic. Every instructor I've met has been warm, welcoming and very encouraging. The studio is extremely clean, spacious and has a great variety of classes for people of all experience to join. I plan to renew my membership after my one month intro expires. Thank you Yoga Santosha!

Beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. A variety of classes available for all levels. Welcoming and knowledgeable teachers. Love that I can make a cup of tea after class and sit quietly in a beautiful area. Large change rooms and showers are great if you need to head out after class.

Clean, beautiful, respectfully quiet studio. The classes are guided very thoroughly and accurately. The heated classes are at a comfortable temperature (for my preference). Good for all levels of yoga practitioners. Hatha, in particular, is very suitable for anyone that is wanting to give yoga a try for the first time :)

I absolutely love the staff, teachers, class times, styles, and varied class lengths and temperatures. I always have an amazing experience.
