This place was awesome! The yoga studio was very roomy and comfortable however it was a little stinky but I guess that is because of all the sweating aha. The dressing room was also very clean and modern (at least the women's room was). Thanks for the yoga :)

One of the few hot yoga studios in the city. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The studio is clean and the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a yoga studio. Unfortunately some of the instruction is very scripted and repetitive. In my last few classes I saw students in the back looking confused or performing poses dangerously incorrect - but the instructor failed to repeat any helpful cues. For anyone new to yoga it might be a challenging studio to start with. I've been attending this studio off and on for years - I love it!

Craig is so welcoming and friendly! His classes are excellent. The vibe and experience here is nothing short of a getaway ! The lemon grass towel at the end of class is a wonderful touch. The instructors are all very encouraging and I love that there are modifications for all bodies/levels. Keep it up CHY, your studio is a blessing xo

Great place with really friendly staff. A challenge though, especially if you're out of practice. Great workout overall!

Super great experience for all ability levels. The instructor Kristen was as supportive as she was challenging. She did not make me feel bad about being a starter! So encouraging. I will definitely be returning to Calgary Hot Yoga.
