This was recommended by a colleague. I like it a lot. Grace who helped me check in, showed me around and helped me set up my bike, was friendly and accommodating. The instructor, Kira (I think her name was), had good energy in spinning. She also answered my questions after class. I think the combination classes (spin&yoga) they offer is perfect! My only wish is that they'll have a branch near Sage Hill soon. I'll definitely come and attend classes here again. In fact, I already convince a group of ladies to workout with me next month.

I go here occasionally and every time I go the staff and instructors make me feel super comfortable and answer any questions I have. Each class is so different and I like the variety. The facility is clean and well kept. There are changerooms and showers for after your class too! I definitely recommend going here!

LOVE SEAN! I'm very new to spin and found my first class a bit overwhelming/discouraging but then I tried Sean's class and it was a fantastic experience. His passion and energy are contagious. His classes are challenging and I struggle through them but the best part is how good I feel about myself leaving his class. I am only on my 2nd week at HOTSHOP but I've already noticed a possitive change in my energy, moral and body! Thank you Sean and team!

I’ve been going to Hotshop since they were The Hot Yoga Lounge. I absolutely adore the vibe of the studios and instructors. Hotshop rocks!

This place is like a second home, Hotyoga and Spin and COMBO classes!!! It's one of the few locations in NW Calgary with a consistent schedule. Friendly staff, quality classes, good prices, and make sure to arrive early and the instructors will help se you up on the bike and explain the spin technique. **IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE NEVER SPUN*** They also offer a free yoga and spin class every weekend Lululemon Sweat Collective
