Practiced here when I was passing through town a couple of times. Great friendly staff and instructors. Good people. Very nice well kept studio. Will stop here again next time I'm in town. If you live here give it a go, it might change your life :)

Definitely my favourite studio. Really friendly instructors/front desk staff. Love the layout of the yoga room.

I go for hot yoga and have never been disappointed with a class. Clean, modern space. My only issue is occasionally strange/inconvenient class times in the evenings.

I really like this place. They use laminated paper for the forms you fill out the first time you come in so they can just wipe the information and reuse it for the next person. When I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a mason jar to take home and have the ability to reuse. Since yoga instructors remind people in their practice to have that mindfulness and awareness in their practice and bring those attributes to their life, i think it's very important for a yoga studio to have that awareness and mindfulness when running their business - practice what you preach kind of thing. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because my first class was over crowded which took away from my experience. Also, as a recommendation... (and this may only be my opinion) I think vocal background music should not be inside a yoga class while the instructor is speaking. I would like to clearly hear what she/he has to say and while she/he is not speaking, i would like to give myself the opportunity to contemplate my thoughts and think about what she is saying... in such a quite room with vocal music, i am more distracted by the language in the music.. something like ambient music would be better.. something which is vocal but has no linguistic meaning. Other than that, it was a great first experience and i intend on continuing my practice there.
