happy yogi

Jun 24, 2018

this place changed my life. I received a certificate from a yoga teacher at alberta yoga college. three months of study were the best. kind people, nice atmosphere. despite the fact that I speak Russian and my English is not very good, they explained everything to me, it's understandable. I very much recommend this to everyone for YTT 200hr.

My experience with the Alberta Yoga College has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this program for the 200 hr teacher trainee program as well as the studio to a yoga student of any experience level. I found the faculty to be knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and supportive long after graduation day. The quality of instruction is excellent, the progression and live teaching experiences built into the program ensure that the trainee has a number of opportunities to practice teaching in front of a large group.

The moment that I walked into Alberta Yoga College, I felt welcome and happy. Taking my plunge into the yoga teacher training was one of my best decisions and the staff at Alberta Yoga College offered me a well rounded yoga education. This program is ONE of a kind. Yes, you will learn yoga poses but there is something beyond that.. a privilege to feel like a yogi, to open your heart, and to inquire for spiritual wisdom. My promise to you is that you will walk away with more than a certificate, you will be exposed to a map to direct observational self-inquiry with attention to all key areas of living. And this to me is YOGA.

I am a healthcare professional and I am so happy I found Alberta Yoga College to do my yoga teacher training. The instruction by the falculty is first rate keeping safety, and body alignment, at the forefront. The anatomy and yoga training is evidence informed Practical and fun. The philosophical side is so interesting and inspiring. Thank you Foster. I was able to find a great yoga teaching job one month after graduation. 😊🙏

My experience at the Alberta Yoga Collage was excellent. From the moment I contacted Rob to discuss his program to the day I graduated AYC exceeded my expectations. The faculty have a passion to share their wisdom and experiences, the scheduling allows for flexibility around "life", and the curriculum empowers the students for success upon graduation. I am very grateful for my opportunity to complete my yoga teacher training through this school, and so thankful for all wonderful people I met on my journey.
