As a new student, I was not happy with my experience with Kim L. as the teacher. Yoga is supposed to be relaxing and not being yelled at. Very rascist , thinks I don’t know where thigh is. How can you think well when she is yelling at your ears. In fairness, the rest of the teachers are awesome. Also the front desk young girl every Sunday is not friendly. Again you can feel rascism. She was nice to the other people. I felt like trash.

I love the calm and welcoming setting to practice. I have seen vast improvement in my practice and it is all due to Pam, Laurie and April. They are very sweet and down to earth. They always take the time whenever I need help with a pose. From my first class, I was made to feel very comfortable and now here I am almost four years later. The classes are amazing. I highly recommend the classes here.

The Yoga Studio North (both locations) has changed my life. I am healthier, stronger, and quieter inside as a result of the excellent teachers and the beautiful peaceful facilities. You quickly get to know the teachers and fellow students. There is a wide variety of classes to suit every need. I would highly recommend it.
