The studio itself of the hot room is so cold!! It was very unpleasant going from hot to freezing. Other studios I've been to are warmer so you can adjust to the temperature more gradually. Edit: After coming here for more than a month, not much has changed except that I realise they are always running behind on their classes. Many times all the students are waiting outside the classroom for the previous class to finish. Someone then goes in to quickly clean and then lets us in with the floors still wet-- not very sanitary in my opinion! For a person who likes to go in 10 minutes early to settle in and meditate, it's kind of a killjoy. However, these technicalities aside, I do enjoy the instructors and the classes and will continue going out of convenience.

poor management and cheating on their intro month pass! i brought a intro month pass at may 28th, when i brought it, a guy in the service desk tell me that the pass started on the date i started to used it! so i waited till i picked up my own car , at the date of june 13th, i started my first hot yoga glass, but at July 1 st, they told me my pass expired! which only half month away from my first visit. i tried to solve this service desk, but every time i asked , they just gave me different story, one of them even said the intro month pass is different from the other, start when the first date i brought it . which is totally different story from the guy told me when i first come in, also from may 28th to july 1st, doesn't make any sense! then they told me to send email to their owner to see if thing can solve, but i never get email back from owner, and they said that is the only contact method they have with the owner~~so all i have to do is wait~~ unbelievable! and when i try to contact the store on phone today, no one take my call!

Always a pleasure to practice at Karma Yoga! Big studio, friendly staff and challenging classes. Teachers always willing to help. Nice, clean change room.

Classes packed with not much room to manoeuvre while doing exercises. Poor experience all round. Just because the fire code has a maximum occupancy listed doesn't mean you need to actually hit that limit
