This is the BEST yoga studio ever. Full stop. Modern, clean and totally amazing. The owner, and every instructor are very client-oriented and provide a great experience for everyone of all skill levels. I cannot go anywhere else now. P.S. I LOVE how they have turned down the heat for some classes... so much better, thanks!!

LOVE this studio. Actually go to it even though there's another hot yoga studio closer to my house. The instructors are wonderful, obviously passionate about what they do, and create a great experience for their students. They also make sure to accommodate any injuries and make suggestions for variations during practise. The different types of classes make the yoga studio unique - there's everything from a boot camp style to traditional flow to stretching (yin) classes, so you can chose the type/intensity of workout you get and it never feels repetitive. Only thing i was not impressed with was the Nov. 30 Day Challenge - advertised as MANY prizes for a $40 fee (on top of your monthly membership), but there was only 2 prizes given (to one person). Next year would just do it everyday without registering as the fee did not seem worth it (nothing for completing the challenge). Again, this is a minor detail and I would otherwise wholly recommend this studio!

Pure Hot Yoga is the most well-rounded, welcoming, and peaceful studios that I have ever been a part of. The variety of classes, the kindness and sincerity of all of the employees, and the positive energy that you get when you arrive in the space and that is doubled after your experience is phenomenal. Thank you Pure Hot Yoga for being such an amazing part of my life!!!!

I have been going to PHY for almost 3 years. From the first time, a beginners seminar, I felt a connection. The instructors do have a turnover but the vibe remains, inclusive and welcoming. While there may not be a connection with every instructor, all are caring and interesting people. When you find an instructor with whom you do have a connection you do not ever want to miss a class.

By far my favourite yoga studio! At Pure, it's more than yoga, it's about community and the instructors amazing. Great variety of classes for all levels, 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
