lululemon I truly love the black slim. Thank you to your store 331 in Calgary Alberta. They set me up with an outfit. I recently lost almost 100 pounds and did thought I would have never fit in your clothing line. Your family there, Krissy and Mel quickly dispelled that lie and made me feel wonderful in my skin and new wardrobe. They gave me the confidence to try on new clothes....I would never have bought a slim pant. They told me that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and gave me the outfit I tried on. I have never cried so much. I think I cried even more then when I saw my wife walk down the aisle. Thank you again for what you do for your customers and the love you have for the community!

Worst Lululemon! Staff too busy chatting to get a room for you. Rude! Don’t go to this location!

Went in tonight with my family to browse and got such helpful assistance from one of the girls about some pants I was looking for. We ended up staying way past closing time unintentionlly but they were all so friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. I was super impressed with how professional everyone acted!

Alanna was a great help last night finding clothes for my 3 boys and my nephew. Lots of laughs!

Went in today around 6:30pm with a friend to take a look. When we went in, a cluster of sales people were chatting. They stopped long enough to say "Hi, how are you?" but were talking to eachother again before we could even respond. I decided to try on some black pants as I require some for work. I picked out two pairs and got a fitting room. My friend was holding clothing but never got asked if she wanted a room. I wound up trying on probably eight pairs of pants, not a single sales person asked me if I needed help or if they could take anything away. If I were someone with means of removing security tags I could have easily walked out of the store with clothes and no one would have noticed as my "no's" piled up on my door. I worked in clothing retail for five years and if customer service wasn't a reason to help me, loss prevention certainly was. I'm the type of person who is way more likely to buy from a store when I have had good customer service. The service was so non-exsistant that I actually decided against buying anything. The only person in the store who helped me was my friend. I will not be going back.
