Love the energy and the atmosphere of this unique place! The only salt cave in Calgary with so many great health benefits. It Feels like a relaxation oasis there. The yoga studio with the wall made of himalayan salt is a truly unique experience. The salt cave is so relaxing and the oxygen cocktail after makes it just a perfect experience. There is also the supplement store and a cafe. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone

Love the yoga classes and variety of instructors and styles offered. The studio is beautiful with the salt walls and you get spoiled with an oxygen cocktail and occasional hot towel during savasana! The staff is very friendly and the cafe offers lots of feel good treats. And I always manage to find something to take home from the shop, too!

I've gone here to grab Lunch a few times now. The staff is friendly and inviting, they go above and beyond. The variety of smoothies (healthy and not so much) are all awesome, the Borscht is great and the sandwiches will blow you away for the price. Check it out for lunch, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been in this store twice now and have left both times with nothing. Both times I felt watched and unwelcome.

Amazing food (and Keto friendly options) and super nice staff... and dare I say off the chart qualified service for alternative health care!
