I love it here. The instructors are all great ! I’ve tried their aerial core & yoga, intro to pole & burlesque class. I can’t wait to try more! They have a good variety to choose from. This place is also great especially if you have zero experience in any of the classes(like me) you still feel welcome and the instructors help you out. It’s lots of fun trying the classes they offer.

This is probably the only place it town where you can learn ballet as well as pole! I have been dancing here for years and I will continue to do so because of how friendly and knowledgeable to owner and instructors are. Everyone is super welcoming and body positive.

Every class is always fun and unique. Each instructor has her own style, but they are all very patient and breaks down moves into very manageable pieces.

We went there for a stagette party and done beginners pole dance lessons. It was amazing. Our instructor was interactive, involved and showed us such an amazing time! She was talented and answered any questions we had. I will definitely be going back :) Worth your time if you’re looking for something fun, active and different to do with your girlfriends !!!
