Worst gym experience. They cheat their clients. Asked for 3 months membership, they auto renewed my membership without noticing me. Kind of really disappointing when you receive a 70$ bill when your 3 months are already paid and done. Go to Elevation Place, much more respectable. This gym is expensive for just 3 months and hide fees like an auto renew charge. You wont receive any notifications or update saying you will have to pay the fee, you just receive a bill and you HAVE to pay it. Disappointed. The manager don't smile and care, his wife neither. Bad managers

Lifeworks Canmore has been my gym of choice for several years. The up to date equipment in a centrally located facility provide a full range of training options from spin bikes to weight training. The critical factor is the excellent leadership providing by Jesse and Neil and supported by their staff

Great gym! Neil is an amazingly intuitive trainer, having worked with many world class athletes. If you need a little nudge to stay fit try the Code Red program, designed by Neil. It's the best program I've ever done and is truly addictive.

Nice selection of equipment, however the garage doors were open which meant the gym was way too warm for a comfortable workout. The employee also didn't care at all about having me become a member. Definitely won't return.

This is a special place to make your life better, healthier and be part of a community. The owner, Neil, is a great trainer and has supported tons of elite athletes. The facility is super clean and organized with all new equipment and the Code Red class is a great functional workout blast. Good change rooms with an infrared sauna. Central location in Canmore. I highly recommend this gym for people from all walks of life in any state of fitness.
