For years I was scared to try hot yoga, but now I'm so glad I finally did! I love it! The atmosphere at Harvest is so peaceful and welcoming. The instructors are all amazing and greet you by name, the classes are fun and challenging, and even the tiny details like the reusable towels so the washrooms are more waste-free add to the environment.

I can't say enough positive things about this studio! For the past 5 years I have gone to the gym religiously but the gym itself and the atmosphere it came with started to give me anxiety, so I stopped going. I had never taken a yoga class, done a yoga pose or even thought about yoga before attending my first class about a month ago at Harvest. But I am so glad I went out of my comfort zone! It is physically challenging and even more mentally challenging. The welcoming, encouraging and judgement free atmosphere makes Harvest my favourite place to work on myself, physically and mentally. Thank you Harvest Yoga for being so awesome in so many ways!

5 stars all day long! I attended a class in March of this year with a friend and have been hooked ever since. Six months at this studio has given me more motivation, determination, self acceptance, confidence, energy, improved my ability to cope with stress, increased strength and flexibility, smoother skin (from all the sweating I think????) and as a bonus has helped my golf swing (and distance) immensely! I have seen all these positive changes while being someone who lacks in the flexibility department. For a lot of years I told myself that I should improve my flexibility before attending public yoga classes. Looking back this thought makes zero sense. The teachers at Harvest are always reminding us that our bodies all have their own unique stories and to stay within your limits and be accepting of where your body is at today. This simple reminder helps me be patient with myself. For example, when I’m the only one in the class sitting straight up in a seated forward fold, all I can do is smile and accept my limited hamstring flexibility! I encourage everyone that is curious about yoga to visit this welcoming studio. Try all types of classes with all the instructors during your first month. Your mind and body will be challenged in a positive way!
