I was a "Plus" member at the Lethbridge for 32 years in a row until 2015 when I moved away. I am back in Lethbridge now and went last week to purchase a membership again. I was given a day pass so I could go in and check things out and was extremely disappointed. I have seen this facility age over the years but I was amazed at the bad condition it was in. After my workout I was almost afraid to take a shower. I left without buying a membership. Maybe I'll check it out again when they move into their new facilities. Until then the UofL has much more to offer at a cheaper price.

I hope someone reads this and takes some sort of action. I have been coming to this location for more than 1 year. Staff are friendly and cleaners are always trying to keep the place clean. My biggest pain point is:- why are members allowed their big duffel bags in the weight and cardio rooms? Many of them try to put it in a corner but it still comes in the way, why don't we have a policy, "no bags allowed in weight and cardio rooms." There are locker rooms, if they don't trust the lockers they can leave it behind the main reception desk or in their cars?. I just look at the above as common sense and being considerate to other people. However in todays time we have to reinforce some behaviours so they do not cause inconvenience to others. Regards, Gym member

This is the first year my kids attended YMCA Camp - and they LOVE IT! I can't express how happy we are with YMCA and their staff and how they work with our kids. I was a little nervous as my children attended daycare for 3.5 years but we decided to try something different and send them to day camp for the summer - best decision ever! Our kids are getting tons of exercise, play time, attention, and constantly learning new things. As the parents, we are extremely happy with the YMCA and their summer camps!

The preschool instructors were not very friendly, would not reccomend these programs to anyone. There is barely any open swim time. However the play structure is cool.

For what it is, it is pretty awsome. Ive lived in many cities, and im suprised that lethbridge doesn't have any private facilities like this, but im happy to take what i can get. Everything i love is under one roof, and i respect what the YMCA does.
