Great yoga classes with easy/convenient online check-in! They have a variety of props that you can use including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks. There are also changing rooms and cubbies to store your things. Bring your own mat though. Great floor space with mirrors and a good sound system. I especially liked the therapeutic yoga and gentle yoga -- I haven't seen these two methods anywhere else! They also have aerial yoga, which is a unique style that isn't offered in many places.

Informative information on the website, follow the advice about hydration and eating. Fun and challenging for someone who's middling in fitness and short on co-ordination. Seems like the people who attend classes are the nicer sort of regular type people rather than the preening types.

One of the best studios I've been to. I found it on Groupon, and but I've stayed with it due to its proximity to where I live and because of the instructors. They're all great!

As a business owner, you would think she would try harder to least learn my name or remember to say "Hi." Over 1.5 years later, she has yet to ask me what my name is and she has never once greeted me. I admit that I have not taken any of her personal classes, nor do I attend as regularly as some of the other students, however, I have gone enough times for her to recognize me (I mean I figured out who she was after attending just 3 times even though she never talked to me) and been at enough private events with her that you would think she would at least cast a smile my way. The studio is tiny; there is no way you can enter or leave the studio without seeing someone so it feels very much like you're being shunned if someone doesn't acknowledge your presence. Is it really too much to say, "Welcome back" or "See you next week/time?" Even if you are busy, you can wave, nod in their direction, or smile. There is an incident back in June when a promotional free class was canceled (no biggie, it happens) and I was not notified. When I mentioned it to Pik Chu, she made me feel like it was my fault I was not contacted. In fact, when I arrived to the empty studio, someone happened to be there to tell me class was canceled and told me Pik Chu didn't have my number to tell me (Pik Chu says she called me though). The student offered me a free class credit although I told her not to worry about it but Pik Chu has yet to apologize for the incident. Call me a whiney baby if you must, but I believe yoga studios are a unique, special type of community that needs to be centered around positive energy and welcoming environment. By clearly playing favorites or cherry picking, you create a rift that destroys That said, Amber Henzi here is amazing and is the only reason I come here. However, she also teaches at Breath Los Gatos, Just Breathe (Rivermark), and Yoga Belly Studio. and Balance Yoga Center. Unfortunately, she only teaches aerial at this location.
