One of my favourite Barre studios! They have plenty of parking, a cool sign-in system, tidy washrooms and a nicely vented studio. The studio is pretty organized and i especially like that the classes aren't super big like some other studios. They also have cool lockers that come with combination locks that you can set the code of yourself right before you lock it. I haven't found a favourite instructor yet but they all have been pretty good. The only issue I have (and this isn't specific to Xtend Barre) is that I don't actually know what a lot of the moves in barre are called and a lot of instructors just call out the move expecting you to know it and don't demonstrate the move right away. So make sure you are standing somewhere where you can see the instructor or at least another student that looks like they know what they are doing.

I was invited by a friend to attend a class at Xtend Barre, I hadn't been to a Barre class before, or any exercise class for sometime, I was a bit intimidated to attend. I went and loved it! My first class was with Laura, she is always so encouraging and helpful, this makes going to classes enjoyable. I look forward to class every time, the workouts are engaging for all fitness levels and are vary enough to keep the workout interesting. I'm glad I have discovered Barre class :)

I love Xtend Barre! Camille is my favourite instructor, I feel like it's always a great workout that feels very 'dance' orientated. It reminds me a lot of actual dance classes... and I always feel like I am a little sore the next day. In a good way!

Every Class I've attended so far has been awesome! The instructors are very helpful and always give great tips on form. There are also a lot of modifications that are great if you want to work a little harder or need to do a little less for certain moves!

Plenty of free parking. Nice space. Good/friendly instructors. Clean (I’ve been to other barre studios where the floor was unpleasantly dirty). Great lockers to use with code entry so no fussing with keys. I would definitely recommend it.
