I was in Edmonton for a two month contract, and went to this gym for a membership. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price per month was excellent. The facility has up to date machines and the wait time is minimal, even on busy periods. I highly recommend his franchise and location when living in/working in Edmonton.

Great facility but my god is there a lot of bros just chilling with each other socializing, can we all agree girls are not going to gym to score a chad so get your swollen on and get out of the damn way.

I've been training with Alim for only a few weeks and am already pleased with the results. He's very knowledgeable and has helped me with rehabilitation of my knee injury. I would recommend him and this location to absolutely anyone in full confidence!

Not good for indoor rowing/erg. This place is beautiful with great amenities and locker rooms. Unfortunately, all 3 of their ergs had easy-to-fix maintenance issues (including broken footstraps or seat) that made for a poorer rowing experience. This includes a ton of dust inside the flywheel hosting, which meant that at a maximum damper setting, the drag factor was only 100! These issues might seem small, but this is a big deal when it is the sole reason for visiting this gym. Otherwise seems like a great place to work out.

Two years after cancelling properly (had to make an appointment), got a call from collections owing $150. Never heard anything from world health. I would avoid signing any contract here, they have a reputation for this.
